Christian Penner

My story

I'm Christian Penner, and I've spent my career helping people solve real financial problems through smart, well-structured financing. I graduated from the University of Florida with a background in finance and real estate, and since 1997 I've worked with homebuyers, homeowners, business owners, investors, developers, and self-employed borrowers who needed more than a basic bank answer.

Over time my work expanded from traditional residential mortgages into complex residential, commercial, investor, construction, private-capital, and specialty financing. Today I lead America's Mortgage Solutions with a simple focus: help clients understand their options, structure the right financing strategy, and find a path forward even when other lenders have said no. A large part of my business comes from Realtors, banks, CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys, and even other mortgage professionals who refer clients when a deal requires creative structuring and deeper lender access.

I'm a husband, father, boater, fisherman, golfer, and lifelong learner. My family is a major part of why I do what I do. I grew up in the North Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens area, and South Florida has always been home. A serious accident years ago changed the way I look at life and reminded me that no day is guaranteed, so I try to make every day count and help clients make confident decisions when the stakes are high. At the end of the day, I want you to know you're not going through this alone. We're doing this together, and whether the answer is immediate or takes a plan over time, my job is to help you find the best path forward.
