Do you enjoy meeting people face to face, going to lunches, speaking at events and training meetings, visiting offices and being on camera? Then this may be the perfect job for you. A local mortgage team is looking to hire a salary based business development/spokesmodel to be the face of their business.

Our dynamite mortgage lending team helps hundreds of people finance their dream homes. We are looking to grow our market share and need to hire that one talent that can not only spread the word but develop new business relationships. The bulk of your time will be spent visiting real estate/builder offices, attending and/or presenting at sales meetings, taking accounts to lunch, making video announcements and following up with potential referral partners.

A mortgage lending license is not required as you will not be involved in the lending process for the clients. You will not be quoting rates/fees/mortgage terms or working directly with mortgage clients. Our fully licensed and professional production staff will handle all fulfillment responsibilities. A working knowledge of the mortgage/real estate industry is helpful, but not required as we will train.

Professional appearance, dress, demeanor and outgoing friendly personality are required for this position. You will be the “face” of the business. You will have the flexibility of working from home since most of your time will be spent out developing relationships in the industry.


Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
Regularly update social media and respond to followers
Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
Represents a local mortgage team and services
Sets up and attends lunches and other marketing functions
Participates in video creation for marketing/training
Attends other real estate office functions
Attends real estate office sales meetings
Prepares and delivers presentations and training classes
Attends charity and community functions.
Spends 90% of the time out of the office.


4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity

$36,000 – $75,000 yearly
