In just 8 easy steps, you can purchase a home anywhere in Florida with a competitive loan through America’s Mortgage Solutions.

Schedule your consultation.
It starts with a phone call! Please call (561) 316-6800 to schedule your consultation.

Receive personalized recommendations.
When the consultation takes place, we listen as you tell us about your scenario as a homebuyer.
We also answer your questions at this stage and explain more about our mortgage process.
Once we know more about your situation, we will be able to offer you personalized advice.
We will tell you what your mortgage options are, and how different products could help you save money on a home.

Apply for your home loan in Florida.
After you know what type of home loan you want, you fill out your application and submit it along with your documentation.
You will need to verify your income with either a W-2 or bank statements, depending on your employment situation.

Appraisal and underwriting happen while you wait.
The next step is up to us to complete—appraisal and underwriting. We might ask you to share additional documentation with us as part of this process.

We issue conditional approval.
After appraisal and underwriting, you can look forward to conditional approval. With your loan commitment, you are now well on your way to signing on a mortgage.

It is time to submit pending documents.
Sometimes further documents are required before final approval. We will notify you if anything else is needed.

Final approval!
The big moment you have been waiting for has arrived. Final underwriting is completed at this stage, and you receive final approval.

Let’s close!
You now get to pay your closing costs and down payment, close, and receive the keys to your new home.

This is the hardest working group of professionals that I've encountered in my 14+ years of living in South Florida.
